I played the original game back the 90s and I distinctly remember the movement speed being much quicker with the keyboard than it is right now. Basically it was as fast as it is right now with the mouse. Any way to fix this?

The reason the keyboard controls seem sluggish is because the origional version of raptor produced by apogee is different from the mountain king version. Changes where made by mountain king to the soundtrack, the explosions and also the slowing down of the keyboard controls.

In my opinion mountain king ruined the game for me.
