The game won't ever 'complete' installing or patching.
Download reports 1.5MB/s and only has 24Mb to download but it gets stuck at 30%

I can manually download the installer for the game, but then GOG Galaxy wants to patch it and gets stuck again.
Is the patch downloadable separately?

No other game is affected.
