I have a friend that wants to try the game but she said that what holds her back from doing so are the H scenes(satisfaction, events, etc), she says that the pictures are the ones that makes her feel uneasy. I read there was a streamer patch and I would like to know what does it do and If we could get it somewhere.

Check vndb, if a patch exists 99% of time is there. But i don't think it exists, i have never heard of this patch.
