After speaking to Support and following their suggestions, I finally managed to get the game running, however I can't see any weapons on FPS view. Is this intentional or a bug?

Bom dia. This is intentional. You cannot see your weapon in first person view on PC or N64, that was exclusive to the PS1 version.
