Just got the game, unable to start it as it shows a very obscure error message (see attach). I suppose that is uncorrectly displayed Japanes text (that, so ironic, I would be able to read). Anyway, the problem is clearly tied to Direct3D, checked dxdiag and both DirectDraw and Direct3D are enabled.

My PC is a quite old laptop, but hardware-wise, it should be enough to run Raiden III.

Any help would be appreciated.
