Hello guys!!
I don't know if anyone is interested in begging to play Evil islands multiplayer. It's actually pretty challenging and i love this game! If there are any lovers out there hit me with a response on this thread.

Hey, I just started playing it abit again :) I know that single player is far more"finished" gamewise, but i always liked multiplayer better, no mods, just 1.06 and playing hard mode.
Seems servers are down now a days though, so would prob. have to put up a private server or so to find each other?
Currently playing a combatmage in gipath, changing over to full mage later on.

Maybe GoG Team could focus on getting Dedicated Server software from devs, so someone could set up a master server / host a EI multiplayer project

I'm looking to play co-op, but multiplayer is always stuck on retrieving the server list. Anyone know a way around that or is multiplayer just dead?

Yes. First someone hosts a game and after that we connect using an IP address.
There is an add/remove button on the server screen which you can use to enter an IP address manually.

Actually there is still a way to use the server browser and play multiplayer normally:

Use REGEDIT and to go "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nival Interactive\EvilIslands\Network Settings".
Edit "Master Server Name" value to "a3master.nival.com:28004"

Start the game and enjoy!

To host a server successfully your network router needs have port 8888 enabled for TCP and UDP. Otherwise your router might block other players from joining.

Hello, sorry for reviving an old post. I want to play with my brother online, I followed the instructions listed but I cannot find Network Settings in REGEDIT... How am I able to access this game? Thank you.

Did you still find Evil Islands from regedit?
You can also use IP address to connect.

I followed the steps you mentioned but before entering the game it asked for a password. How shall I know it ?
I am playing with my brother but it is written above 1/7 instead of 2/7. how can i fix this?
