I've tried several times to change the in-game language.
But apparently the language setup doesn't work on my windows7 pc.
What about you guys?

I just tried German and Spanish but it works on my Windows 7 PC.

Do you need to run as administrator perhaps?

Where exactly do I change the language?
I ran the game as administrator but I didn't see a language option anywhere.

I'd guess you have figured it out by now but for thos who stoill don't know: there is a languagesetup.exe in the game folder you'll have to run.
