alright this is the first time i try to run a game with DOSBOX.

What do i have to do?
First of all my pc specs are

i5- 3470
GT 430 nVidia
8 Gb RAM Corsair
Windows 7 64bit

I Install the game, and then i try the 'Graphic mode Setup' application , click Play Game but it returns an error ;

Error : Game Not Installed.

same if i click to Save settings. I also go manually to the .batch and .exe files

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need and x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64bit) version of the program, and then contanct the software publisher.

Same if i click the

SCIDHUV or installation files.

i also copied/pasted the 'Graphic mode Setup' into the VGA and EGA folders, but it still won't run them.

Please heeeeelp! :D
You don't need to mess around with that program, if all you want to do is play the game, just launch it from the shortcuts on your desktop or start bar, the gog installer would have put them there.

But, if you want to mess around with the installer (if the sound is off or something) then open the dosbox folder in one window, your qfg folder in another window, and drag the 'install' file from the qfg folder *on top of* the 'dosbox' file in the dosbox folder, and then dosbox will run the installer for you.

As Baeus noted, the GOG installer takes care of everything for you. All you need to do is run the game from the shortcut that the installer places on your desktop, or the shortcuts which should be accessible from your start menu.

If you want to do it manually, then read the dosbox documentation available on the official website for dosbox and learn to use it.

Edit: There is a nice article on the dosbox wiki which explains how to use dosbox.

http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Basic_Setup_and_Installation_of_DosBox

However, I would strongly suggest that you stick with launching the games from the shortcuts created by the GOG installer.

...you aren't the only one to make that mistake - the few times I'd dealt with DOSBOX previously I made it harder than it needed to be. That's the glory of GOG though - its already taken care of for you :)
