Hello there,

I wanted to ask if anybody was having problems with initiating the Blackbird quest as a Thief? I tried the first time during the game, however, I realize that I was 20 days through the game (Thief contest was over) therefore, i was unable to do it. This time around, I kind of speed run through the game and am not understanding why Elsa will not speak to me about sneaking into Minos fortress.

I am currently on Day 9...and am on the rite of peace...yeah, I played this game when i was younger and, after being all the nostalgic and taking my time, I realize that this is the only part I really want to do so...speed run! ANYWAYS, Elsa visit's my room and talks about how she is being watch by Minos and, I click on all options to talk to her about. I have read the walkthrough, and it says that if you sleep one more time, she was mention the Blackbird and you will journey off. Well...she just repeats the whole "wake up, i fear i'm being watch" sitcom again. I tried sleeping the next day...samething...arggh!

I eventually found a video on youtube that shows a guy playing a Thief character. What he does is initiate the right of peace quest, sleeps, Elsa comes in, talks to her, wakes up and does the rite of peace quest, then he goes to the science island to exploit the scientist, after that, he goes back to sleep, and she appears again. I really didn't wanted to sit and dreadfully watch part 1 through 17 to find out what I could be doing wrong so, i decided to ask her. I have done the Thief sign to her, ugarte was poisoned, i talk to ferarri about the deed (He wasn't playing at the end when i became king lmao) and all other side quest.

Bah, gotta go to work, however, i would like to say that even after completing the rite of peace quest, Ferarri will not accept the peace statue offering ><

Elsa will only reveal that she knows about the whole blackbird thing via Arestes (which, after all, would be just shy of revealing that she is a thief) if you make the thief sign to her early on in the game. She shows up at the guild on one of the days before the Rites begin (as do the other contestants), and she also shows up in the guild after Rites 1-3 are completed. To be safe, I'd suggest that you make the sign as early as possible.

After thinking about it, i do remember seeing her in there before YEARS ago when i played inside the guild. lol....sad enough...I will have start from scratch again...The last save I had was the hades rite. Thanks!
