So I realized that by the time I made my way to the brigand leader that I needed to throw the dispel potion to turn him into a her and all that. Problem was, I forgot to bring it. No problem I thought, I'll just run back out and go talk to the healer and get it, as I already turned in the ingredients. Problem is, I don't see the option to get said dispel potion. I can't buy it, and she's not giving me the whole "Hey you're back, here's the potion dude" speech I've seen in the walkthrough. Is it just one of those things where I need to advance the day by a few, or are you really only supposed to have to wait a day to be able to get it? I tried waiting a day and she still didn't offer it to me so I'm wondering if I somehow screwed myself and need to start over. Sadly I don't have a save from just before turning in the ingredients.

Well, I found a solution. I went back to the fairy people and got another bottle of their dust and gave it to the healer. Came back after a few 60 minute rest periods and the healer gave me the dispel potion! Problem solved.
