For example I would like to have /Quest for Glory III folder instead of /Quest for Glory 3 folder.

I suggest you to uninstall the game and then reinstall it into the desired location, however, before uninstalling, make a backup copy of the save games data, if needed: they are the files named "GLORYSG.***" in the installation directory.

That won't work since it will just make a new installation in /quest for glory III/Quest for Glory 3. I suppose it can't be done with GoG.

How do you install the game? Do you use Galaxy or the offline installer?
