Howdy people of GOG :)

I have a couple of questions which I hope you can help me with. Here they are:

1.) I use YamagiQuake 2, but it has messed a bit with my bind keys. Most notably the tilde.
I can't open my console with it anymore. How do I map the tilde key to toggleconsole function?
I tried going to change it in the config file in "Documents/YamagiQ2/baseq2/config.cfg", but it
doesn't work.

2.) I downloaded a map called Arctic Base, "arcticb.bsp", and put it in my quake2/baseq2/maps folder.
Thing is, it doesn't load. The console keeps saying it lacks some textures, which it is trying to download
in vain. I'd really like to play on it. Especially vs the Eraser bot. It was one of my favourite maps back
in the day, and still is.
