Never noticed that before, but checking YouTube videos in addition to testing it myself, it appears to be a standard issue, just like the nail position. However, I can't find any fixes for this one (though the fix would have to be merged with the existing ones, something I have no experience of).

If anyone does find a fix, though, that incorporates the other Hipnotic fixes, then I'll take a look.

Just a quick question. Will these fixes work with other source ports or are the peculiar to QS?

I've tried them with QuakeSpasm and DarkPlaces. Only way to know if they work is to try them, no harm in it as they just change some variables (positioning variables for the projectiles).
