if you want q2pro with bright skins for CTF already setup here is a fresh install of q2pro zipped up with bright skins
just unzip and click on q2pro.exe setup ur config n play :)

q2pro client has a built in game server browser just sort by players and look for railwarz or whatever other server you might want to try

This is most ofl the CTF maps helpful if you are using stock quake2 or steam version because they do not support http downloads in game.. 1 map can take forever to download... unless you are on q2pro or r1q2 client that support http downloads in game
