I've now encountered a bug thrice wherein after hitting M to spend intern points, choose pins, etc. the game input freezes: I'm not able to click on anything or navigate the pages of the menu using Q and E as normal. The only solution I've found is to use Alt+F4 to exit the game. This is frustrating, especially when it's been a while since the last save point, as happened just now to inspire this post.

This is probably a bug and I'm not sure where else to report it.
