Set the anti-aliasing method in the AMD Catalyst Control Center to "Adaptive multisampling" for Psychonauts.exe.

To do so open up the AMD Catalyst Control Center (right click desktop, then click on entry in popup menu) and navigate to the Gaming tab. Create separate application settings for Psychonauts.exe if you will, and set "Anti-Aliasing Method" to "Adaptive multisampling."
