I never use a controller (New to Gaming) Which setting lets me adjust the right stick movement? It's to sensitive.

If it's like with Directinput joystick and HOTAS it should be like this:
Settings > Controls > Curves+Deadzones
There you should be able to either set a sensitivity curve or a deadzone for each axis on your controller.
