I see there's a mode that allows you to replay any level with any character, but it's only available after you beat all three campaigns. Is there any other way to replay levels in the meantime until I get there?

I'm not sure about playing with any character since I'm only about halfway through the first episode or chapter or whatever it's called, but there is a menu in the option to play single levels that you've compelted already.
