I added Project Hospital to my wishlist when I first saw it listed but I'm wondering whether it is really as straight laced as it seems or has some humor in it. I've discovered that I only like simulation games that are a bit quirky so I love Theme Hospital but I'm not sure about this one. Graphics look very nice though.

no quirky-ness at all, just straight up sim but i would hold off longer as there is many bugs and problems and GOG is about 3 updates behind Steam users the last time i checked, devs seem to be more active on Steam with updates and the forums there.

Thanks for the heads up!
Since I've written to the developers, the GOG version gets faster updates and is on par with the Steam version (Update 6, from 15. Nov.).
