The changelog says "Win only" but i was able to upgrade my mac-version through Galaxy and the main menu when i start the game says "1.0.3" - so is only the standalone installer waiting to be upgraded, or what did my galaxy client download this morning?

- Residential common areas

Office workers and residents will get a happiness boost from using amenities
near their office or home, and some of them provide additional benefits as well.

2. New mechanics for grime control: custodial broom closets can be placed in the building,
to reduce grime production on the entire floor. However their total number is limited
and they require custodial supply rooms to support them.
