Hello!
I am proud to announce that the texture manager is ready and available for download.
Attached some pictures of the Zoo level, and used the program to add some upscaled textures here and there.

How to use:
1. Download the program "EdenTextureManager.exe" from the link above and put it in the Levels folder of your game.
2. Run the program. A window asking for the EDN level file will show up. Select one in the Levels folder. Click OK.
3. A new window showing all the level's textures will appear. From now, follow the instructions on the top of the window.
4. If you close the window, a dialog box asking whether you would like to save the changes will appear. If you choose Yes, a new level file containing all the changes you made will be created in the same folder where you previously selected a level to load. The original, intact level file, will be put in a backup folder so do not worry about losing anything. If you choose No, nothing will be saved and all current changes will be discarded.

Limitations:
Currently, the program is not able to change the textures of the characters.

program closes or crashes? after selecting a EDN File anything i can check to fix it?

I fixed the problem, it should work now! You need to download EdenTextureManager.zip from the link in my previous post and extract it to the Levels folder.
