If you turn off WiFi/Ethernet (go fully offline) after clicking 'Cloud Continue', then transfer the contents to both the .save and .save_backup from your local save, it will load from disk. At this point you can turn WiFi and Ethernet back on and 'Save/Quit' to have your local save then transferred to the cloud.
