Zitromax: Are you sure the mod is "on"/you installed it correctly? Go and check if you can skip bink videos (ESC key)!

It's worth saying that enemies can't be dismembered at the beggining of the game (as humans), only after they have turned into sand creatures. You should try in the sewers or in the fortress.

Alternatively, start a new game and try what I said in the previous paragraph.
Yeah, I'm at the point where the gore is supposed to kick in (I just beat the first boss).

The patch ini files are all on. The decapitations are set to 1, as is everything else. I think it might be the Bink dll file that came with the patch because when I put that in the folder I got a black screen. I could hear the sounds, but there was no image. I can't remember if I could skip them, but it didn't matter since I couldn't see anything. I ran a repair on it and got the original Bink file back, but the patch simply doesn't work. I have both the patch and the patch.dll files in the Two Thrones folder.
It's seems that the patch is working, because the black screen is synonymous of the .dll reading the config file; and it's indeed strange, pal, mainly because I tested the file with an old version of the game that I owned, Steam and with the latest GOG update (v1.1 v2). They all work properly...

The black screen issue is due a conflict with the bink files and the patch trying to set the correct video scaling using black bars. If you want to fix that, turn it off Aspect video in the .ini.

Just to mention, the blood option needs to be enabled [in-game general settings].

And just like that, it works! Much appreciated!
I discovered this by accident while playing through the game.

The last file that was posted here does work for me as well. It adds in the censored parts.

It does also fix the misalignment of the hud and menu elements at 16:9. However, the image is still zoomed in in 16:9 compared to 4:3 so I'd rather stick to the original aspect ration.

I get the black screen issue as well unless I unchecked that option in the ini file so it doesn't seem that you can have the videos to be at the proper aspect ratio while playing at 16:9 either.

It's kind of a shame. I'm replaying the trilogy. I expected T2T to have the least amount of issues seeing that it's the newest game of the three but TSoT and WW within actually worked a lot better with the easily available community patches.

Still, I appreciate the effort of whoever worked on this patch.

Also, just a tip to anyone who may stumble upon this. The pcgamingwiki says this game works fine at 120fps and above but while playing at 144fps I encountered a bug that doesn't allow you to slide down a chain. You just get stuck. It was fixed by enabling the adaptive/half refresh option from the Nvidia control panel.
I need some help, I'm using this mod, but both gog launcher and the princeofpersia.exe are still appearing the launcher requiriments.
Can we get a similar mod for Warrior Within? Obviously the main game is all uncensored here but it's the patch that fixes the Unknown AMD Processor error that we really want in that particular case, whereas the Two Thrones patch here gives us both.
Hello, I am trying to get this to work with the widescreen mod. I managed to get the widescreen mod working
but once I applied the uncensor patch, the game refuses to load. I have played around with the patch.ini options
and have set the aspect for videos, hud and more resolutions to on and off but it still remains the same.

Can someone else test out the widescreen mod in conjunction with the uncensor patch and see if they can solve this problem?

Your assistance is much appreciated

Doesn't seem to work for me for some reason.
The opening logos aren't skippable either and the launcher appears at each startup.

Edit: Not at the sand creatures yet, but I think you could actually dismember normal enemies in the north american PS2 version
