Well it seems neither ESRB nor PEGI did rate that game. I want to know if there is something that some people may find unsuitable in the game. Please write anything that comes into your mind that may potentially discourage people with certain beliefs or ages to play it, i.e. violence, gore, bad language etc. Thank You.

It would probably be rated as PEGI 12: Suitable for ages 12 and older. May contain violence in a fantasy setting, coarse language, mild sexual references or innuendo, or gambling.

There's mild violence in a fantasy setting, as some robots get destroyed or damaged (e.g. by lasers, explosions, computer viruses and accidents) during the story, some of them by the protagonist. Also the protagonist can die at some rare points.

There's a dead human in form of a skeleton shown once.

The background story includes war, weapons of mass destruction and the extinction of mankind.

There are references to religion in a critical way, due to a robot religion, that is based on a misunderstanding, but also in a assuring way, that believe is a positive value.

There's no explicit coarse language, but strong language is masked by fantasy terms fitting in a robot world (e.g. b'sod instead of f..k or damn; b'sod derives from "blue screen of death" computer errors).

Consumption of a robot world alcohol equivalent is shown, but not encouraged. The protagonist doesn't consume any stimulants.

The whole setting of a decaying world and the corresponding soundtrack communicate a slightly depressive mood.

That is a good assessment. The only thing I'd add to it is that one robot makes various suggestive remarks abot female robots; they're all pretty bland ("she excites my electrons"), but if one were super-sensitive, it might be an issue.

For what it's worth, my daughter grew up (more or less birth to three) watching me work on the game, and I never had any concerns about that. I'm not sure how much a young (<10) child would get out of playing the game, though.
Your list seems pretty comprehensive, DeMignon. You were very helpful, thanks!
