The game just lost its "early-access" status. Is version 1.0 now indeed there?

Nope, just more deception from a scam developer and a complicit GOG that allows this kind of thing to run rampant. Non-owners can see here https://www.gogdb.org/product/2104049069 (and confirmed in the official Galaxy API here) that the last (non-final) build was uploaded on October 10, 2024, several months before full (+ "Her Ghost" DLC) release occurred on Steam.
