We have also uploaded a new installer ( setup_postal2_2.1.0.10.exe ) that has a link in the Start menu for multiplayer. Sorry about that, must've fallen through the cracks in testing. I didn't flag it as I didn't want everyone re-downloading it thinking that there were more major changes :)
