Tanukitsune: The game's colors are messed up, it's like I'm seeing the opposite color of what I should?
I had the same problem with Fallout, but thanks to GOG I found out that by fiddling with the .ini file graphics setting I could get it to work, but...
The game has an .ini file AND a graphics section... but I don't know what to do!
Ralackk: Could you copy and paste the contents of the ini file so I can take a look at it? Also what OS and video card are you using?
Have you tried the different compatibility settings as well?

I'm using Vista and I have a ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro
I also just noticed that Windows wont let me edit the files... I must admit I don't know how to change the proper attributes in Vista...
