In the Prison/Prison Guard task no matter what I do it won't let me enter all three codes. I went to Sector A and successfully entered 373, Sector B 188 and Sector C420 (which then changed on me to 069). Anyway, none of the sectors will let me enter codes again and I can't finish this task. I tried restarting the game a few times. Nothing helps.
People over on the Steam forum reported similar problems but no one had a clear solution and I assume there might be a few differences.
