Quite in that regard, assuming German authorities blacklists the game just like the predecessors, what would happpen to my purchase and the ability to access future updates and possible DLC?

long time partially ancient GOG user here. If you bought the game here, you will always and forever (as long as the datacenters exist) be allowed to download your games. No matter if they are removed from sale by developer or country once bought you have them forever.
