Is there a quick easy way to set up individual trade routes?

My problem is that I have 6 player towns and I am trying to build 3 trading fleets for each town.
I already have the escorts, flute ships and trading flute ships to run 3 escort ships (War Galleons or Galleons) and 4 or 5 flute type ships in each convoy, although I am finding smaller convoys of 1 or 2 small escorts and 3 flute type ships do a lot better if not edited.

The 6 towns I hold so far are Carlos, Valladolid, San Thoma, Rio Hacha, Pettit Thou and Los Morillas.
While I can run two large fleets to distribute products from one of my towns to the next, setting these up is painfull enough, a third fleet runs between other towns where I have permits and produce "Raw Materials".

Sadly, no player town produces Corn, Hemp, Cotton or Sugar.

I have 10 5-5-5 captains, one I picked up from Evangilsta believe it or not! (Yes, I was surprised!)

I also learnt something here. If you find 1 good captain in a Tavern or Inn, chances are there a few of them there.

I dropped every ship from my convoy save 1 and picked up seven captains, I did not keep them all, but they were good captains and every time I find 1 good captain, I get a couple of convoys there and see how many I can get all together.

In the town of Pettit Thou I picked up 43 Captain "Henry's". All had the same first name and I sorted through these for 5-4-x and x-4-5 captains. I came out with a few 5-5-x's and some x-5-5 captains as well as 5-0-5 x1, 5-1-5 x 2, 5-2-5 x2 and 2 x 4-4-4.

The 5-x-5 captains were all given singular Flute's and sent on wild trading routes from Los Morillas around to St. Agustine, New Orleans, Vera Cruz, Cartegena, Charlestown and other places along the way to hopefully build Navigation points quickly.

So, back to my question.

**Is there an easy, quicker way of setting up trade routes to pick up good from player towns?**
Maybe I am missing something in the game to set these up quicker, i don't know.

Taking into account i have fleets that just do the supply runs, gathering "Raw matererials" and taking finished products to other player owned towns.

Thanks in Advance.

At a guess I think ur talking PR2.

Setting up the Various trade routes should not be that hard u just need to work out which fleet does what and go warehouse to warehouse

If you mean the items your own cities do not produce then thats fairly easy:

Easiest solution

If you get your population over a 1000 the Npc traders will stock what you need, you simply need to put the prices yours willing to pay and the amounts you want to pay for them
