I think it can be possible, because Ascaron is desappeared, and Kalyso show 0% interest in the old Ascaron games.

Even as Ascaron went bankrupt doesn't mean that the rights disappeared. It is still considered piracy ;)

I even did a quick check, nope that a different versions. Unfortunate GOG has only the English version, otherwise they would offer it as well.

BUT if you own the game on GOG you could ask GOG do get the Spanish (I assume) version as well.....

Or you could even check directly with Kalypso and refer them to GOG.....
