Hello. I recently bought Port Royale. I played the tutorial and it worked just fine. But now when I try to start a game ( even the tutorial) it crashes to the desktop after the loading screen. There is also an error message box in German on the desktop. ( I think it has something to do with sending an error report .) Please help.

Could you please provide us with some details about your system? Especially, what OS do you have? If it's Windows Vista/7, have you installed and are you running the game as administrator (by telling Windows to do so in the context menu)?

I have the same problem, the game crashes after the load screen.
I try to run it on XP (SP3).

It's not working in windowed mode under no graphic details, and I can't run as "Administrator" since there is no password for "Administrator" - I am the only user account and that is an administrator.

Can someone help me? Or should I call for support?

i had the same problem. but if you set your resolution to 1028*768 it should work fine.
