Hello!

The hardware mode in Populous 3 is giving me this "A 3D device with the required capabilities could not be found." error whenever starting up. From what I've gathered on this forum, the culprit is the atiumdag.dll (As said in this thread: http://www.gog.com/en/forum/populous_series/populous_the_beginning_cant_find_videocard )
But the new dll given in that thread is too old for me. :S I have a HD 7870 card so it doesn't recognize it.

Could someone please find/get a newer dll for me so I could play this?

You should get an updated copy of the atiumdag.dll file somewhere in your windows folder each time you upgrade your graphics drivers.

Search in: DRIVE:\Windows\SysWOW64 if you're on windows64
or else in: DRIVE:\Windows\System32

File found here - DRIVE:\Windows\SysWOW64. I copied to "c\Games\GOG.com\Populous 3"
But game not work hardware mode. I get errror: "A 3D device with the required capabilities could not be found." My videocard "ati hd 6800"
