Hi all,
I just purchased the game and when I try to load it and it enters the game menu, it just displays corrupted graphics (usually of whatever image happens to be behind it on my desktop). Any ideas on what can be done to fix this?

My computer is a:
Macbook Pro 13", Early 2011
2.3 Ghz Intel Core i5
8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB

We're sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. From what I can see this seems to be an issue with running out of graphics memory. We'll be updating the minimum system requirements and we will be looking into a potential solution for this in an upcoming release, hopefully in the coming week. In the meantime I don't think there is much you can do on your side except for closing as many other apps running in the background as possible, unfortunately.

Just wanted to give you an update on this issue. We've been able to drastically reduce the graphics memory used and will be updating the game as soon as possible. I'll post here when that happens and we can check if this fixes your issues.

Just wanted to let you know what we've pushed 0.2.1.1002 live which reduces the video memory usage. Please let us know if this resolves your issue!

I updated the game file through GOG Galaxy, and it still had the same problem.

I have also noticed that you have updated the video memory requirements to 1 GB, which is beyond what my MBP has. Is there any chance that this will receive more updates to further reduce video memory requirements?
Hi. Sorry to hear you're still having problems. We put that requirement there to put a number on it to not mislead people.

The game should use about 128 MB of video memory now which leads me to believe that it might not be a memory issue after all. We will put in some more thorough diagnostics in a special build I can give you access too, hopefully later this week.

Yes. I'm sorry for the late response, we've been quite busy!

As we do not yet know for certain what's causing this issue, we've created a separate channel which contains a diagnostics build. The password for the channel is tRl0ay33 and the channel should show up as "diagnostics".

We did some small changes which might help with the issue, but in any case we've also added a lot of debugging information. Please send us a copy of the log if it does not sort out the issue!
