sometimes in the game, I will be walking around, minding my own business and all a sudden my character(s) start running instead of walking, I find out the "always run" setting has been checekd but I didn't set it that way at first. what is going on? a glitch? or something else. is there a hot key that does this becaue I don't know of any. I don't think "fat fingering" anything in the actual game itself would change a setting in menu's options area.

Hot Key "R" (by default)

Are you playing the Enhanced Edition or the Original?
Try to run the game as Administrator. Enhanced Edition has a tendency to reset all the options.

yes, it is the enhanced edition. thinks for the heads up about the reset. I will try the admin.
