I only had a little glimpse of the FinalCut of DiscoElysium, but it was sufficient enough to awake a drowned desire for fully voiced (with narrators comments as well!) TormentGames. It would simply be so convenient. Especially helpful for non-native speakers, as they can listen to the (English) voiceover first and if they've missed some meaning, they can still take a look at the translated text.

If you like isometric games with full voice acting, check Pillars of Eternity 2. It has full voice over and it's a very good classic RPG in every possible way! :)

I was a backer of PillE2, but I´ve totally forgotten that it got full voice over. Even if somebody would have asked me "does it have a full voiceover" I´d probably answered "no, of course not"... :D
