I got the Unfolder Portal, I read everything in Dodecahedron and went through Ravel's sensory stone. Quill doesn't have any new dialogue options even though I unlocked his shop and finished up his quest. Any suggestions?

The only thing you need right now is the key for the Portal, which you can get in the Brothel for Slaking Intellectual Lusts. You should be pointed there by one of the main quests, if I recall correctly. Anyway go there and finish the quest line. In the end you'll receive the key for the Portal.
