I've gotten to a point in the game where I have Annah in my party, but just before that there was a dialogue and,

**Spoilers Below for those that haven't returned the sphere to Pharod**

There was a small (playful) fight with TNO in regards to him not being dead when she picked him up. I didn't chose the "Enough of this -- where did you find me?" dialogue option but instead chose the "hostile" dialogue instead.

It seems as though playful fighting is in her character, but she pulled out her daggers.

Question: I actually want to have a good relationship with her. Should I be the goody-two-shoes or should I *playfully* fight with her in these dialogue options. I hope *opportunities* are made apparent so I don't screw anything up.

Being polite is usually the safest option, even if it seems like you should be able to get away with harsher answers. But make it absolutely clear that you respect her skills. Also, keep in mind that she wants to be in your party, as opposed to working as a collector.

(And don't flirt with other women. Seriously.)

**SPOILER**
Well, I had a somewhat intimate first convo with her that involved her biting my neck... Should I have bit her back (I did and she blushed, but I didn't like how mean she was being)? In the current save, I just told her that I liked her too (and she blushed as well, and she was still mean). Obviously, it's in her character.

I'm wondering how many more women you're able to have a relationship with in this game... I'm not sure I really like her attitude. Am I able to engage with someone else, or does the game prohibit you? There might be another character I like better, and I want to be given a chance... Hopefully this one conversation hasn't locked me in...

Annah likes you already, she just doesn't enjoy being treated like a defenseless girl (she is actually one of the game's thief class trainers), so in the company of a man she can be a bit stubborn at first. The romance with her mainly depends on a certain scene later in the game, so you really just need to keep her happy enough that she doesn't threaten to leave.

[SPOILER]

There is one more female companion you can recruit and be nice towards, but compared to Annah, there isn't any actual outcome to the romance. Obviously, this will eventually cause problems with Annah, but you can keep both of them (your companions can affect certain events and conversations) if you're diplomatic about it. Note that just telling Annah that you want her around is not enough in this case; you have to convince her. This will not affect your relationship with either woman, just allow you to keep both of them in the party.

Damn, so I had to have bite her? Lol. I just told her that I was interested in her, and according to her blush I assume that's enough to get me the *next* romance dialogue. I would look up a romance guide, but no guide writer has the common sense to not spoil things that aren't necessary.

I'll be more forthcoming next time, but I thought biting was weird. I guess I'll wait for that scene you mentioned. If that other romance you mentioned doesn't have an outcome, then forget it. I want to make *this* life for TNO the best one...

You can be playful with her like that, or just polite, but the only real way to mess up is if she gets jealous and you don't do anything about it. I don't remember if there's a Charisma check in the resulting conversation, or it's just about picking the correct reply. Otherwise, you're safe. Her dialogue can get interesting, sure, so don't be afraid of trying different approaches. :) Just don't insult her abilities.

Also, the scene that matters the most doesn't even involve interaction with her... technically... but you'll figure this out once it comes up - I don't think it can be missed because that bit is based on what companions you have with you at that point.
