I'll post this here too as the Spellhold forums for Planescape seem pretty quiet.

The error occurs pretty late in the installation process.

Hm... it patches the file just fine, but can't find something it expects to exist in it. Do you have the Fixpack installed properly? UB components require some changes from the Fixpack to be applied.
