I recently started playing Neverwinter Nights 2 and discovered a server that I thought would be worth mentioning here as I am a big fan of planescape and all. The server is a PW taking place in Sigil. You can join most of the different factions of the city including the Dustemen or Harmonium. Also there is a heap of quests and planes that you can go to. All and all a great and fun server that I recommend for any fans of Planescape. There is a link to the website below with screenshots and lots of information:

There is also a single player mod being developed but it is not finished yet which can be found here:

They seem to be releasing it episodicly with a full trilogy planned, first part is out, 2nd part is out in March (all episodes are part of the first part of the trilogy so far)
