Title says it all. I did a fresh install of the game with and without mods same issue appears.

I can run the game in full screen mode. I can play just fine. When want to save the game to just use the menu for what ever reason it automatically jumps to VIDEO SETTINGS screen and I cant get out of it. Clicking done, cancel or clicking the settings doesnt do anything. Im stumped.

Sounds like the game registers the "V" key as constantly pressed. Is your keyboard functioning normally? Do you happen to use a wireless one (Infinity Engine games seem to dislike wireless keyboards/mice, for some reason)?

JESUS CHRIST YES!!

I dont have a wireless keyboard but it was the V key. I did another install and the game got frozen on the starting screen where I couldnt edit the character. It just asked me if I wanted to undo my points andthere was nothing I could do besides exit.

Pressed the V key and its all good now.

I cant belive it worked. Cheers man
