I have bought the Enhanced Edition, but can not find the key anywhere.
This question / problem has been solved by Vovchigusimage
It is under "extras" or something like that.

Hm you're right, it's not in the usual place "More > Serial Keys" (where it is for BG2:EE and IWD:EE).

Maybe both games are added to your account directly this time, instead of getting a gift key?
Since I already had the original game in my account before buying the EE, I can't tell.

The GOG Release Announcemen definitely confirms that we're supposed to get both the EE and the original, though. Maybe contact GOG Support?
I got the PST:EE and the original was added to my account.
Now my account has PST EE and original.

Unfortunatelly, you don't get gift code at all if you have original PS: T. Here are official answers from GOG support I received:

Hello,
unfortunately the original version of Planescape: Torment is not provided as a gift code; it is directly added to your account after purchasing it. If you already own the original version, you don't receive an extra version of the game. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience.

Hello,
please keep in mind that there was no information anywhere that stated the original game would be provided as an additional gift code. I can understand that you are unhappy with this, but we never stated anywhere that you would receive a gift code for the original version of the game. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I'll NEVER, NEVER understand why GoG keeps doing this kind of error just due to a lack of communication.

This make me really SAD.

I've loved this company, i've loved all the DRM-Free approach and many other right things they've done, then there are this sort of anti-consumer mistakes, totally avoidable...

I know you position on Beamdog and i partly agreed with you, not really fond of them, but i am talking of a different aspect here:

Not communicating on the news that the Original version is coming not with a Gift Code (as happened with ALL the other Beamdog's EEs) and refusing to admit the error and giving a full refund is ONLY a GOG's fault.

Writing clearly, at the checkout a note "You will not receive an additional copy if you already possess the original game" as Steam does, would have solved 50% of the complaints.

You truly believe that GoG would remove their highest selling games from the store to use them as extras for that buggy mess the EE versions are?

We are talking about a company that spun a narrative about every complaint against SoD was because of that token trans character they added to the game. People with valid complaints about bugs and whatever else got banned from the Beamdog forums because "What you really mean is that you hate trans people".

Credible company.

Gog isn't a charity. Remember that TW1 and 2 both had drm, if I remember correctly, and not any DRM, but Tages. Besides, it clears more room at the top for their own games. Also, that statement could be very dangerous to make as a lie if you're spreading it via a "legal" channel like their own customer support.

These are corporations we're talking about here. And they work based on money. You shouldn't put anything past them if there's profit involved.

GoG aren't the ones telling lies. Gog removing their highest selling games from sale? Kind of bad for business that, so motivation flies right out the window.

Beamdog on the other hand...the classics were outselling the EE versions by a mile before the games got bundled...
Anyway, PST is not the most selling game on gog now, for strange reasons...

The text on the game page has finally been changed to:
About: Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition includes the unaltered original version and the Enhanced Edition in one definitive collection exclusively on GOG.com. (The original version will be automatically added to your account after purchase.)
I would have been more clear about the fact that you won't get another copy if you already own it, but at least it's now clear how the game will be delivered and you can correctly assume from that.
Just to add - by the pre-order with discount for owners of the original game, which I have bought - I never assumed to get another key for the original, just that the discount would be due to the fact that they would charge me just PST:EE without PST:classic...

P.S.: Even due to the fact that I found for IWD whence bought IWD:EE a friend who could use my key for that, I was somewhat agitated that I got that key instead of a discount on the purchase because I already owned IWD ;p

Except it isn't unaltered. If you play on classic mode, the sprites look WAY worse than they did in the original game.
