I want to buy it but according to the reviews there is a mouse and keyboard input delay, a huge delay to be precise. Anyone knows if it is fixed and playable now?

In general the game plays fine. The delay is only relevant during character creation and pizza creation (to see tooltip of the ingredients). It's not too bad, but hard to describe.
