I seem to have gotten this quest into a weird state. You can see in the screenshot that there are two updates: the initial task and a "go back and tell the queen no". Thing is, that showed up before any dialog options to discuss the situation with Ruasare, and I've since gotten a "yes" from Ruasare... but it doesn't update the journal.

Any ideas? Is there a command I can use in the in-game console to clear the quest and restart it?

Despite what the journal says, have you tried going back to the queen anyway to see if the "yes" works to solve the quest?

That did it. Not sure if this had anything to do with it, but I took Tekehu along (for both discussions) this time around.
