Is there any way to turn off the NPC characters with gold nameplates? They are stupid, they have no sense and they are absolutely out of place.

You can't do it. Just ignore them if you don't like this feature. The stories of these characters were written by people who backed the game on Kickstarter.

Sarafan: You can't do it. Just ignore them if you don't like this feature. The stories of these characters were written by people who backed the game on Kickstarter.
