I figbacked the Obsidian Edition for the game and I notice that I paid for all of the DLC.

I went to my account on Obsidian and tried to contact them to get The Forgotten Sanctum for free due to me getting the Obsidian Edition, but there is no way to contact them on those forums.

Any help here?

Hello,

I just bought the obsidian edition from GOG, but seems the DLC are not in my library while they should be. They actually are showed not free, and i won't pay twice for them
Anyone else has the problem ?
Having the same issue with the game, bought it a few minutes ago using the special offer that I got in the mail, the confirmation mail says Obsidian edition, but not the game in the library, strange...

Can you tell me if anything shows if you open the item for PoE 2 in the Library either: 1) in the webpage, under the heading Download Offline Backup Game Installers \ DLC installers, or 2) in Galaxy, inside the menu MORE \ Backups & goodies \ DLC backup copy

I did not buy PoE 2, but I have PoE and other games that come in various "editions" and they simply show as the name of the game (you will not see "Obsidian Edition" anywhere for example). In those cases the DLC are not individual items in the Library but do appear inside the item for the game.

Yes, glad to see that. And you will be able to install the DLCs with Galaxy as well, no need to download the backup installers if you don't want to. Personally, I always do, and install from them, but that's just me.

Here at GOG. Go to "Your account" (the option in the top bar that shows your user picture) and enter in the "Games" option. In there, select PoE 2 in the same way you do in the Galaxy Library. A menu will appear (instead of a new page as in Galaxy) where you can select the backup installers to download them with your browser.

There's also a submenu where you can get the links for the GOG downloader (my choice usually), but that's another matter.
