Hey guys

I bought today the obsidian edition of PoE 2 Deadfire, and as the title says i cannot seem to find a way to download and activate the free dlcs as you can see from the pics i have attached. Any idea on how i need to proceed?

You can see that in game all the expansions are activated correctly and in the gog galaxy configure > dlc tab i have everything but the free ones.

Are those discontinued or something and not available for some reason anymore? Are they simply stock in the obsidian edition and that's why i can't find and download em?

If you have not already add these free DLC to you GOG account then download each of their installers:
Rum Runner Pack
Critical Role Pack
Scalawags Pack
Deck of Many Things
Beard and Hair Pack

Additionally if you are using Galaxy you may want to check out the review section on the Rum Runner Pack DLC. Some of the people appear to have posted solutions there.
