I have "solutions" to execute homebrew games on original hardware on these consoles.
Is a GDI / CDI image or a Mega Drive ROM Image included with this? I want to play this
via RGB on my CRT.

Basically, no. The only Rom images that have ever been provided are for Amiga games. And even those were a special case.
