I've managed to recover the Italian translation (text and audio) from the original disc I bought many years ago, which is fully compatible with the version released by GOG.com.

I'm asking to the guys at GOG.com if I'm allowed to post a link to download the translation on this forum. The translation DOES NOT include .exe and you still need a regular copy of the game to use it.

If you want an official answer, you should really use the Contact Us forms to contact them directly.

Your answer is probably going to be no, as it's not licensed so it would be deemed to be an illegal download.

Audio files are easy to find, but the rest ?
Basically you need to replace all files in the following folders

/Binks
/Audio

Those will set the audio and cutscenes to your language, but you will still get English texts. In order to change them, you need to replace also the following files:

Pharaoh_Text.txt
Pharaoh_Text.eng
Pharaoh_MM.txt
Pharaoh_MM.eng
