What is up with the frankly insane minimum processor requirements for this game? Are they really telling me that I need at MINIMUM a 2.5-yr old 6-core, 12-thread midrange processor (Intel Core i5-9600K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT) to run a game that looks like, well, Pharaoh? Don't get me wrong, the graphics look just fine (albeit maybe a bit controversial with the cartoony style), and seem like perhaps the best part of the game based on the GOG user reviews, but what in Ancient Egypt could be going on in the engine that requires such a powerhouse CPU?
Good question that I also asked myself.

That said, after having tested this game well, I have no more problem because I got my money back ^^

Ha! Now that really does sound like the best solution to any problem related to this game. xD
Those requirements aren't really true to the game. I played the demo that was available from Steam about a year ago, and I was able to play the game fine on the low settings with a laptop dual-core CPU from early 2015.

It sounds like they just put an impossibly high requirement compared to the game on the store page because they didn't want to test them properly so they just put these demands to be sure, I guess.

I don't know if this is the best one, XD
but since I didn't "get hooked" on this remake ...
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
